For many people, having very busy or irregular schedules, attending weekly classes may not be a reality. We at CounterStrike Krav Maga believe this shouldn’t affect your ability to learn and train. Whether it’s due to your occupation , wanting to fine-tune some skills and add to regular training, or learn in a smaller setting, CounterStrike Krav Maga offers private training schedules with one or more of our experienced instructor s at your convenience.
A typical private lesson includes the same (unless customized or modified) Krav Maga related fitness and aggression drills as our in-gym classes. These warm ups and drills are designed to assist the learning process by reinforcing natural movements and reactions that are used in Krav Maga techniques. The drills can also get you incredibly fit. Your ability to stay safe and defend yourself effectively depends on a number of factors including knowledge and your ability to remember, perform, and carry out certain techniques. Your skills are tested under some form of mental and/or physical stress. Stress training helps students remember techniques and react quickly in real-life situations. We ensure that all of our students leave a class feeling confident that they are able to defend themselves when it really counts!
Private tuition rates vary depending on the location where you will train, number of sessions per week, and benefits package chosen .
